If any damaged items are received, you need to immediately take photos of the package and all contents. All contents must be new and unused. Send picture via email or SMS to Smokey Bros LLC along with any other vital information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. We ship 3 day priority shipping through USPS. Overnight shipping can also be included at extra cost. USPS is the only carrier used through Smokey Bros LLC.
