At Smokey Bros, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. All sales are final and non-refundable.
If any damaged items are received, you need to immediately take photos of the package and all contents.  All contents must be new and unused. Send picture via email or SMS to Smokey Bros LLC along with any other vital information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned and will not be accepted.


Your personal information will never be shared, traded, sold or used in any manner not explicitly approved by you. We do not swap mailing lists, share information or sell it. Only authorized Smokey Bros LLC employees are allowed to access this personal information. All transactions are kept for reference in the case of a dispute. This storage of personal information helps protect you against credit card fraud.
